Are your services expensive?
No. Our cost per hire is lower than in-house cost per hire and lower than agency cost per hire
Are there any long term contracts?
There are no year long or long term contract. However, we ask for a minimum commitment of six months. If you are a new customer, we provide a 45 day period in which you can cancel the service anytime for a prorated refund, if for some reasons you are not satisfied with our services.
Do you guarantee placement?
A placement happens when the elements come together – right candidate, cultural fitment, professional goals alignment, company prospects and compensations. Since we do not have control over all the elements, we do not guarantee placement.
Are your fees refundable?
Our fees are non-refundable.
We have our own ATS system, can you work with our system?
The short answer is, Yes. We have out of the box integration with some ATS, we also have the ability to build APIs to automate candidate upload process.
Are there any agency fees?
There are no agency fees for Sourcing, Recruiting and Onboarding services. However, there are certain niche and/or executive roles that require Headhunting. We have a discounted Headhunting fees for those roles.
Why do you have headhunting service when you have recruiting and onboarding services
There are niche job openings and executive level openings that require more than recruiting. It requires a carefully planned reach out to competitors employees. Our best recruiters are called upon to do Headhunting
Are there any limit to number of candidates that you submit for a position?
We do not believe in putting any artificial limit on the number of candidates. We also do not believe in throwing loosely matching candidate resumes at client. We work with you to device a strategy and inform you of the available talent pool.
How come your fees are so low?
We have been placing technology talent for over 15 years. We have developed a robust database and a process to bring quality talent at an affordable price.
